Moore's half-back partner Paul Handforth is also set to return, which will mean Tommy Gallagher – who scored four tries from stand-off last week – switching into the pack, or dropping to the bench.
Gallagher was a member the Hull KR side defeated by Leigh in the 2004 Arriva Trains decider – and played in the National One Grand Final two years later, when they beat Widnes Vikings.
He said: "I have been to a couple of finals before. It is a great day out and an amazing experience for a player. It is something you look forward to, because you've worked so hard to reach the final.
"I know a few of the Widnes lads from when I had a season there, so it would be great to get one over on them at the final."
Widnes are favourites, but Gallagher insisted: "We are a confident team and I think on the day, we can beat anybody.
"The final means a lot to Batley, so I hope we do the town proud."
Gallagher was originally credited with five tries against Barrow, but one of those has now been awarded to Kris Lythe.
